nach vorne im Bereich des Designs von Automotive Computing Plattformen f\u00fcr softwaredefinierte Fahrzeuge (SDVs) dar. Das Projekt konzentriert sich in erster Linie auf bahnbrechende, Chiplet-basierte Architekturen, um die Einschr\u00e4nkungen herk\u00f6mmlicher monolithischer System-on-Chips (SoCs) zu \u00fcberwinden. B. Lithium-Ionen, Festk\u00f6rperbatterien, Natrium-Ionen) ist derzeit ungewiss, welche Technologie f\u00fcr die Flugzeugintegration geeignet sein wird. Daher wird ein modularer, skalierbarer und technologieoffener Ansatz f\u00fcr das Batteriesystemdesign vorgeschlagen, um mit dem ambitionierten Zeitplan und der sich entwickelnden technologischen Landschaft des Luftfahrtsektors \u00fcbereinzustimmen.<\/p><div class=\"my-2\">\u00a0<\/div><p dir=\"auto\">Erwartete Ergebnisse umfassen ein zertifizierbares Batteriesystemdesign f\u00fcr die Luftfahrt, das technologieoffen ist, sowie einen TRL4-Batteriesystemdemonstrator auf Basis von COTS-Zellen zur Verifizierung von Sicherheit und Flugzeugintegrabilit\u00e4t. Eine Voraussetzung f\u00fcr eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Serienproduktion und einen reibungslosen Markthochlauf ist ein grundlegendes Verst\u00e4ndnis der Degradations-, Ausfall- und Schnittstellenmechanismen auf allen technischen und wirtschaftlichen Ebenen. Diese Transistoren haben das Potenzial, herk\u00f6mmliche Leistungshalbleiter wie IGBTs (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor) zu ersetzen und damit die Verluste bei der Leistungsumwandlung in vielen preissensiblen Anwendungen zu reduzieren, von der Stromversorgung in Rechenzentren bis hin zu Antriebswechselrichtern f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge.
